I’ve always been the kind of person whose feelings stay a little longer than they should.
They don’t just pass through me, they settle, they sit, they follow me quietly into the next day.
Maybe that’s true for you too.

That’s one of the reasons I write.
Because I know how it feels when your emotions are too real to ignore but too difficult to explain.
I wanted there to be a place where your quieter feelings feel seen, even the ones you don’t talk about.
A place where you don’t have to pretend or justify why something still hurts.
A place where you are finally heard, where you feel you belong, where you realise there are others like you, people who feel deeply, love wholeheartedly, and think too much at night.
