why i write

I’ve always been the kind of person whose feelings stay longer than they should.

They don’t pass through me. They settle and follow me into the next day.
Maybe that’s true for you too. Maybe you also carry things long after people expect you to be okay.

That’s why I write.

Because I know how it feels when emotions are too real to ignore and too hard to explain.
I wanted a place where your quieter feelings feel seen, where you don’t have to pretend or justify your hurt.

A place where you feel understood, where you realise there are others like you,

people who feel deeply and think too much at night.
A place where you don’t feel alone inside yourself.

And if even one of my words makes your day a little lighter,

or reminds you that what you feel is human,
then that is enough for me.
