Letter coming soon

sorry if life made you feel alone

Sorry if life made you feel alone.

Sorry if it made you grow up before your heart was ready.
Sorry if it taught you how to survive before it ever taught you how to feel safe.
Sorry if you learned to smile while quietly breaking inside.

If you feel alone right now, please don’t turn that feeling into a story about your worth.
Loneliness is not your destiny.
This ache is not your ending.
This heaviness is not the full truth of who you are.

Sometimes the softest hearts feel the loneliest—

because they love deeply,
because they hope fiercely,
because they keep expecting the world to meet them with the same tenderness they offer.

You may be carrying things you never speak about.
Memories that still ache quietly.
Dreams you folded away because they hurt too much to hold.
A tiredness that sleep never touches—
the kind that comes from giving too much for too long.

And still… you wake up.
Still… you try.
Still… you care.

That alone is a kind of courage most people never see.

If life made you feel alone, I need you to hear this gently and clearly:
You were never asking for too much.
You were only asking the wrong people.
You were only pouring your heart into places that didn’t yet know how to keep it safe.

And that is not your fault.

It hurts to love deeply in a world that rushes past feelings.
It hurts to stay soft when everything teaches you to harden.
It hurts to keep choosing hope after disappointment has taught you caution.

But your softness is not your weakness.
It is the part of you that still believes in connection.
It is the part of you that still dreams of love that feels calm, steady, and sure.
It is the part of you that refuses to settle for survival when your soul was made for more.

You will not always feel this alone.
There will be days when your laughter returns without effort.
There will be moments when your heart no longer feels like it’s speaking into empty rooms.
There will be people who meet you without making you question your worth.
There will be love that feels like peace instead of confusion.

One day, someone will look at you and not ask you to be smaller.
One day, someone will sit with your silence and not hurry you out of it.
One day, you will be chosen without having to earn it.

And on that day, you will finally understand
why everything that fell apart before had to.

Until then, please don’t abandon yourself.
Please don’t turn your pain into a wall.
Please don’t believe that this season is the final shape of your life.

If all you can do right now is get through today, that is enough.
If all you can do is breathe and stay, that is strength too.
If all you can do is keep your heart slightly open, even while it trembles—
that is courage.

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not unlovable.

You are simply human in a world that asked too much of you without enough tenderness in return.

And still… you are here.
And that means something beautiful is still on its way to you.
